I have two questions first if i want to transfer my driving license to Albanian one how to do it in details with cost and do i need for contact ( any payement under table) because as i see everything should be pay undertable or complicated.
Second question Can i have loan to buy a car? Because i asked for a deal with one mobile company told me for foreign only cash.

Hi about drivig licence yes you have to pas money under table,to get the driving is about 400 500 euro,about the plan yes you Can hi to the bank and complete the procedurë.
