first ask the seller for how much his property is registered
if you don't get a straight answer something is foul
from my experience 9 out of 10 sellers are scammers
you can always check a property value at the registro publico

If the property is titled, you can find it on the registro publico (www.registro-publico.gob.pa )
It will tell you what the current owner purchased the property for, not the current value.
