Hi, friends. Who can tell me, is it possible to get job and housing on tourist visa or change visa type, being in India if i will get job there?

Hi,
I don't think you can work here for long on a tourist visa, because tourist visa is only valid for at the most 6 months, I guess. Getting jobs as an expat isn't too much of a big deal since many Indian and multinational companies hire expats provided you have the right qualification and experience.
