You may certainly diagnose and prescribe for yourself, but should you wish to consult a physician it's easy and very low cost. And just my opinion, I would generally trust a medical professional's diagnosis and treatment over my own efforts...

...and you will get lots of hits, some of them with prices for general consultations. I see one that has video consultations for $10, and for in-person visits, one for $20. another for $25.
