Hi Priscilla Congo Republic has two main cities Brazzaville and Pointe Noire rest all small towns so this two places usually office hours have rush time specially Brazzaville is the capital city so there it is too much traffic any part but in Pointe Noire only when it is raining or after the rain you will really feel the traffic,overall untouched say in PNR has outer access that side you can get traffic anytime
