I agree- a nice introduction with mention of your dreams and interests may well produce a reply or two.

Somehow it seems to work 

if you want to find a job and you need our help then you have to give us more information such as in what field you are looking for and in what country.

If you need more friends it would be nice if  you open up more so others can know you.
I can say I need more money and wait until it comes to me, you know it will never happens. Same to you, you have to come in action to achieve your goal.
