My wife is working in kuwait and she is a German national and I'm a srilankan national. We have a marriage certificate we obtained from a local mosque in srilanka.
What kind of marriage certificate is recognised in kuwait if we have plans to live together in the same household.. can someone advice us on the legalities of this matter....
you will need to get your marriage certificate notarized by the Kuwait embassy in sri lanka, then the ministry of foreign affairs, then in Kuwait you need to get it notarized by the embassy of sri lanka, and ministry of interior.
