Not necessarily a group but there is a tennis academy next to Riffa Views International School. The court is actually on the grounds of the school and the INFLO academy does classes and matches there. If you make friends from the courts then you can rent them to play on your own time. Then the Bahrain tennis federation also has courts in Isa Town.
