6 months Rental Flic en Flac or Tamarin

Hi

I'm a French resident and I need to move to Mauritius for 6 months for work, with my wife, starting in January 2024.

I'm actually looking for an apartment and it's really difficult to find something that's not too expensive.

The long term rentals are for 1 year minimum and only a few will accept a 6 month rent. And the short term rentals are much more expensive and the apartments are not available for the whole period.

Is there a place where I can find a 6 month rental or that specialises in medium term rentals?

Or do you know someone who can respond to my offer?

I initially had a budget of 20000 Rs but I can increase a little if needed.

Thanks for your answers and help.
