Hi,
I lived in Casablanca for almost 6 years, if you want to learn and practice Arabic, Morrocco would not be the right choice. Most of the Moroccans speak Darija in daily life. If someone speaks Arabic that would not be an original (Fusha) Arabic.
But if you want to make a tourist visit, Morroco is one of the best country that must be seen and visited.
