My friend has a place in Flic en Flac, I am not sure if you are familiar with the area.
It is a 3 bedroom apartment with 24 hour security and opposite the beach.
Down the road there are shop like Super U-a shopping mall within walking distance.
You can call her and negotiate a good price if you are interested.
