Hello all,
I am looking to renovate the upstairs of my home in Koh Kro Bey.
I wish to simply have one large bedroom with a balcony, one large bathroom, and a living area. There is currently no water to the upstairs but there is electricity. The upstairs is currently just wood. I would like a total area of around 40sqm2 but am somewhat flexible. I also wish to have a gate put at the front of the property.
I understand that prices will vary depending on the quality/standard of the work/building company used but could anyone advise a rough ballpark figure as to how much I'll be looking at for this?
