Hello everyone. I'm Jimmy, a Filipino. I'm a Civil Estimator. I worked before in other countries like Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea, and Equatorial Guinea. Manpower Agencies in the Philippines assisted me with my documents.
Just now, I was offered a work (directly offered a work by a private construction company through LinkedIn) in Lubumbashi. This means no manpower agency will going to assist in documentation process. Do you think it is safe? How is cost of living there especially the foods? I'm still deciding if I accept.
If possible, please advise for the minimum wage I should accept for Civil Estimator job. Best regards.
