you'll need to be licensed in Iceland to do so. Information available here:

after that, here's a list of open healthcare positions in the country (select "Heilbrigðisþjónusta" from the left dropdown list). It's also possible by contacting the larger hospitals directly they are looking for your type of specialty but haven't specifically advertised the post
